The Beach House is located on Estero Boulevard across the street from the seven miles of beautiful user friendly; all public, white sand beach of Fort Myers Beach; voted the "Safest Beach in the World". Our home is directly across Estero Boulevard from the beach. Beach access is a leisurely one minute walk from the driveway.
The two story atrium enclosure which surrounds the pool/raised spa and waterfall is a fantastic and very comfortable extension of the house. The pool is a free form design of collaborative effort. The walk in is easy and secure with a shallow end "bench" next to the steps. The depth runs from three feet to a bit over five feet. There is a "bench" built into the pool at the deep end. The six person spa is fabulous.
The pool operation is computer controlled and heated.

The Cabana Room downstairs has a half bath, beverage refrigerator, a waterproof cordless phone for use around the pool and a full size washer and drier which permits our guests to pack light. You can pack light when planning your visit to The Beach House and you will not need to take checked bags full of dirty laundry home from your stay at The Beach House.

The Living Room is comfortably furnished. The sofa is a queen size sleeper for the kids or a day guest. The sliding glass door in the living room opens onto the front deck which faces west to Estero Boulevard.

The kitchen is completely remodeled. We have all new appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a timer activated automatic drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, egg poacher, cutlery, Emeril-Ware cookware and all the other accoutrements of a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are new and the countertops and sink are Corian. There is a ceiling fan above the four place dining room table for the cool circulation of air conditioned air.

The Beach House has two bedrooms; each with their own full bath.. There is a shower in the master bathroom and a tub with a shower in the guest bathroom.
The Master Bedroom has a delightfully comfortable queen size bed, ceiling fan, television and VCR, fax machine, cordless telephone and alarm clock radio. One of the unique features of the Master Bedroom is the door that opens directly onto the second story deck overlooking the pool and spa within the two story atrium screened lanai enclosure.

The deck off the Master Bedroom has a bar height table and chairs which is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the lanai enclosure, the waterfall from the spa into the pool and the activity in the pool.

The fenced in rear yard outside the lanai is delightfully landscaped. The hammock is always inviting.

We provide beach towels, bed linens and towels. You are welcome to use the propane gas grill, beach cruiser bicycles, our 17 foot Mohawk fiberglass canoe, our coolers, beach toys and complete set of golf clubs.
We limit occupancy at The Beach House to four adults unless other specific arrangements are discussed and approved in advance.
We require a completed rental agreement and security deposit of $500 for guests who have not stayed with us in the past.
